Founded in 1976, the mission of Women in Management, Inc. is to promote the professionalism of our members through education, development, encouragement and mentoring; to promote the growth of our organization to bring these services to other women throughout the nation and to encourage growth, networking and quality within our existing chapters.
Women in Management, Inc. is dedicated to the process of developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and cultivating new opportunities for collaboration through a supportive exchange of ideas and resources.
