It was a fantastic afternoon and evening of information, inspiration and celebration for Women in Management.  Opportunities for networking and the relaxation station were a big hit.  We celebrated our chapters for their accomplishments and our Charlotte Danstrom Award recipients.  Check out some of the features here.

Everyone's favorite time to catch up with fellow WIM members!  Thanks to Helping Hands Massage Therapy and Midwest Financial for providing the Relaxation Station.  It was a hit!

Awards Dinner and Keynote Speaker

Miss Illinois 2007, Ashley Hatfield

Presentation of the Chapter Achievement recognitions, the National Membership Awards and the National Charlotte Danstrom Awards was the capstone of the event.

Ashley Hatfield, Miss Illinois 2007, delivered a keynote address that was inspiring and entertaining.  She candidly shared what motivated her to compete for scholarships within the Miss America Scholarship system, her passion for winning and the lessons she learned throughout her experience.  Ashley was gracious enough to spend her own birthday with Women in Management.  Below she is pictured with the representative from Midwest Bank, the 2008 Conference Marquee Sponsor.
