Bio: Originally from Ireland, I have worked in Human Resource Development for over 20 years, with management positions at Intel in the US and Ireland and with Ericsson in Sweden, the US and Ireland. I also spent 6 years in the UK as a freelance Training Consultant before moving to the USA.I am the owner and director of Northwoods HRD Consulting as well as Adjunct faculty at Webster University's Elgin Metropolitan Campus, and at the College of Lake County. In my free time, I enjoy networking, gardening, reading, cooking, hiking and cross-country skiing.
